Under European law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights),
online customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
However, this right does not apply once a digital service has been fully activated or used,
provided the customer has given explicit consent to start the service immediately and has acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw.
When you complete a purchase on Sirok Futures, you expressly agree to immediate activation and accept that refunds may no longer apply once the service starts.
For Challenge and Funded account purchases:
Refunds are possible only until your first trade is placed.
Once you open or attempt to open your first position,
the service is considered used, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
By placing a trade, you confirm that you have accessed and begun using the trading environment,
which constitutes full activation under EU digital service regulations.
Resets, Level 2 data add-ons, and similar services are non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
These services are activated instantly once payment is confirmed,
and you give your explicit consent for immediate delivery at checkout.
Under European law, this immediate activation means the service is considered consumed and therefore not eligible for refund.
For data subscriptions, access remains active until the end of the current billing period, even if you cancel before the renewal date.
No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued.
Refunds may only be considered in the case of a verified technical error that prevented activation or access to the service.
If this occurs, please contact support@sirokfutures.com with your payment reference and a detailed description of the issue.
Each request is reviewed manually to ensure fairness and transparency.
This policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m),
which allows exceptions to the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase with the consumer’s prior consent.
