2.2 Where operational parameters are referenced (including, without limitation, targets, drawdown values, position limits, instruments, pricing, payout tiers), the values displayed in the dashboard and Help Center at the time of use shall prevail in case of inconsistency, where permitted by law.

2.3 The Help Center contains operational clarifications and program rules which are incorporated by reference into these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ARTICLE 3 — Eligible Customers and Geographic Restrictions

3.1 Age and legal capacity. The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and who have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3.2 Geographic eligibility (general). Access is subject to geographic eligibility. Sirok may offer the Services only to traders located in countries and regions where such access is not restricted by: (a) international sanctions; (b) applicable financial, export control, or AML/CFT regulations; (c) limitations imposed by payment providers, data providers or brokers; or (d) Sirok’s internal risk and compliance policy.

3.3 Prohibited Countries (indicative list). Sirok does not offer Services to users located in: Afghanistan; Central African Republic; Republic of the Congo; Cuba; Guinea; Haiti; Iran; Iraq; Libya; Mali; Myanmar/Burma; North Korea; Russian Federation; Somalia; South Sudan; Sudan; Syria; Ukraine (temporarily suspended); Venezuela; Yemen. This list is indicative and may be amended. The up-to-date list published in the Help Center and implemented in Sirok’s technical and compliance controls shall prevail in case of discrepancy.

3.4 Changes and enforcement. Sirok may add/remove countries at any time without prior individual notice. Enforcement may include: (a) IP geolocation checks and automated blocking; (b) identity/residency verification required by payment or payout providers (e.g., Rise/Wise) as part of their verification process; and; (c) monitoring of access patterns and payment/residency signals.

3.5 KYC and ongoing verification. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it promptly. Additional documentation may be requested at any time, including for payout requests. Identity and residency verification (KYC) may be required as part of the payout providers’ verification process. All payouts are sent through Rise or Wise, the official payout providers for Sirok Futures.

3.6 Relocation. If you relocate to a Prohibited Country, you must notify Sirok within thirty (30) days. Sirok may suspend/close accounts and refuse access.

3.7 Circumvention is strictly forbidden. You must not bypass restrictions (VPN/proxy, false residency, third-party accounts/payment methods). If circumvention is suspected/confirmed, Sirok may suspend/close accounts, invalidate results, deny payouts, refuse refunds, and ban future access.

3.8 Primacy of Help Center eligibility rules. Eligibility and Prohibited Countries rules published in the Help Center and applied through onboarding and compliance controls are incorporated by reference and shall prevail, where permitted by law.

ARTICLE 4 — Nature of the Services – No Regulated Financial Services

4.1 The Services are provided in a simulated environment. You do not trade real capital through Sirok’s Services.

4.2 The Services are not investment services, brokerage services, portfolio management and do not constitute investment advice.

4.3 Simulated performance on a Funded Account may enable payout requests under ARTICLE 14 and applicable program rules.

ARTICLE 5 — Account Creation, Dashboard and Platform Access

5.1 Access to the Services is provided through your user dashboard.

5.2 Trading connectivity is provided through Rithmic (R|Trader). Compatibility with third-party platforms may require your own licenses, installations, and configurations.

5.3 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. Account sharing is prohibited.

ARTICLE 6 — Ordering the Services and Contract Formation

6.1 Orders are placed through the Sirok website and paid using methods presented at checkout.

6.2 The contract is formed upon successful payment and activation of access to the Services.

6.3 Prices are displayed primarily in USD.

6.4 Promotional codes apply only at the time of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

ARTICLE 7 — Subscriptions, Market Data Add-ons and Cancellation

7.1 Challenge subscription. The Challenge is offered on a recurring subscription basis with a standard 30-day billing cycle.

7.2 Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through the dashboard.

7.3 Effect of cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals. The account remains active until the end of the then-current billing period.

7.4 Level 1 market data. Level 1 market data is included with the Challenge subscription.

7.5 Level 2 (Depth of Market) add-on. Level 2 is an optional monthly add-on applied across all your accounts. Data fees are charged on the 1st of each month, regardless of when the add-on was activated. You can remove the Level 2 option at any time; if removed, it will remain active until the end of the current month and no partial or pro-rated refund will be issued.

7.6 No pause. The Challenge subscription runs continuously until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to stop future payments, but the current billing cycle remains active until its end date. If you want to take a break, you can cancel and subscribe again whenever you’re ready to restart.

7.7 Renewal-cycle reset (maximum drawdown). If you haven’t violated the maximum drawdown, your Challenge continues with the same balance and stats with no interruption. If you’ve hit the maximum drawdown, your account will automatically reset on your subscription renewal day and you’ll start a new evaluation cycle with a fresh account and full balance, as reflected in your dashboard.

ARTICLE 8 — Resets

8.1 A paid reset is available only for Challenge accounts.

8.2 A reset restarts the evaluation immediately and extends the subscription by 30 days from the reset date.

8.3 Funded Accounts are not eligible for resets. If a Funded Account is breached, you must re-enter via a new Challenge purchase.

8.4 Any additional reset mechanics described in the Help Center (including renewal-cycle resets where applicable) are incorporated by reference and may be applied as reflected in the dashboard.

ARTICLE 9 — Refund Policy and Digital Services

9.1 The Services are digital services activated upon purchase.

9.2 Challenge/Funded purchases are refundable only until your first trade is placed or attempted. Once you place or attempt your first trade, the Service is considered used and becomes non-refundable.

9.3 Resets and Level 2 data add-ons are non-refundable from the moment of purchase, except where a verified technical defect prevents activation. For data subscriptions, access remains active until the end of the current billing period even if you cancel before the renewal date, and no partial or pro-rated refunds are issued.

9.4 If you violate eligibility rules or bypass restrictions, you are not entitled to any refund.

9.5 Where applicable, this refund framework is intended to align with mandatory rules applicable to digital services (including consumer rights that may apply), without limiting ARTICLE 22.

ARTICLE 10 — Program Overview (Challenge and Funded)

10.1 The Challenge is a simulated evaluation designed to assess consistency and risk discipline.

10.2 The Challenge has no fixed time limit provided the subscription remains active.

10.3 Upon successful completion of the Challenge and internal review, Sirok may grant access to a Funded Account.

10.4 Core account sizes typically include 50K, 100K and 150K tracks. The applicable parameters and prices are displayed at checkout and in the Help Center.

ARTICLE 11 — Core Simulation Rules (Challenge and Funded)

11.1 Trailing Drawdown EOD. The maximum loss is implemented as an end-of-day trailing drawdown updated once per trading day at the official market close, based on end-of-day balance. It increases only when a new EOD balance high is reached and never decreases. Once it reaches “Starting Balance + $100,” it becomes fixed. A breach occurs if account equity falls below the last EOD trailing drawdown level at any time.

11.2 Position limits. You must not exceed the maximum permitted position size. Micros are converted to mini equivalents. Position limits apply globally across permitted products as shown in risk parameters.

11.3 Authorized instruments. You may trade only instruments enabled for your account as displayed in your R|Trader risk settings. Certain micro crypto products, if enabled, may count as mini equivalents for sizing, as reflected in risk parameters.

11.4 Overnight rule. Holding positions overnight is prohibited. All positions must be closed before the CME Globex daily close/maintenance window. Reference times are currently 4:10 PM ET (21:10 UTC) close and 6:00 PM ET (23:00 UTC) reopen (subject to venue changes), as described in the Help Center.. You remain responsible even if a system auto-closes positions.

11.5 Economic news trading. Trading during major economic releases is permitted on both Challenge and Funded Accounts. There is no time-based restriction such as “one minute before/after news.” News periods can involve heightened volatility and execution risk; trades executed around news are final and remain the trader’s responsibility, and no post-trade correction will be applied.

11.6 Commissions. Commissions are applied on entry and exit and reduce net simulated P&L. The schedule may vary by product and can be updated.

ARTICLE 12 — Challenge Phase Rules

12.1 Objective. You must reach the applicable profit target without breaching any rule.       12.2 Consistency rule (50%). Your best single-day net profit must not exceed 50% of your cumulative net profit. If this rule is breached, the account may remain tradable, but becomes ineligible to pass to Funded until the ratio is restored.

12.3 Challenge failure / disqualification. Any breach of Trailing Drawdown EOD, position limits, unauthorized instruments, overnight rule, or Prohibited Conduct may result in failure, disqualification, restriction of trading access, and/or issuance of a new evaluation cycle as reflected in the dashboard/Help Center rules in force.

ARTICLE 13 — Funded Phase Rules, Scaling and Multi-Accounts

13.1 Funded Accounts follow the Core Simulation Rules and the additional rules of this ARTICLE.

13.2 No reset. A Funded Account breach results in permanent closure of that account.

13.3 Consistency rule (50%). On Funded Accounts, your maximum daily net profit must not exceed 50% of cumulative net profit, as implemented by the dashboard metrics.

13.4 Scaling. Funded Accounts start at half of the maximum permitted size. Full size unlocks when End-of-Day equity reaches the starting balance plus 50% of the drawdown amount and remains unlocked thereafter.

13.5 Multi-accounts. You may hold up to three (3) active Funded Accounts. If additional Funded access is granted while you already hold three (3) active Funded Accounts, Sirok may place the additional account on hold until a slot becomes available, as reflected in the dashboard/Help Center rules in force.

13.6 Internal copy trading. Copy trading is permitted only between your own Sirok accounts under the same verified profile. External copy trading or signal mirroring is prohibited.

13.7 Inactivity. A Funded Account with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days may be closed for inactivity.

ARTICLE 14 — Payout Framework

14.1 General conditions. Payouts are available only on Funded Accounts and are subject to (i) successful completion of any identity and residency verification (KYC) required before payouts and (ii) Sirok’s internal compliance checks. All payouts are sent through Rise or Wise, the official payout providers for Sirok Futures.

14.2 Minimum payout. The minimum payout amount is $500.

14.3 After an approved payout is processed, the winning-days count resets to zero for that Funded Account, and a new payout request requires five (5) new distinct winning days.

14.4 Positive Cycle +$1 rule. After a payout, you must exceed the post-payout balance by at least $1 before requesting another payout on the same Funded Account.

14.5 Tiered maximum payouts. Maximum payout amounts are tiered by payout number and account size as enforced in the dashboard and described in the Help Center.

14.6 Profit split. You receive 80% of approved payouts for the first six (6) payouts on a given Funded Account. From the seventh (7th) payout onward on that same Funded Account, you receive 100%.

14.7 Effect on drawdown. Immediately after the first payout on a Funded Account, the maximum loss limit becomes permanently fixed at Starting Balance + $100.

14.8 Review and payout delivery (operational clarification). Payout requests may be subject to automated checks and manual review, and payouts may be delivered through third-party providers (including, for example, Rise and/or Wise, as indicated in the dashboard), without prejudice to ARTICLE 14.1.

ARTICLE 15 — Prohibited Conduct and Integrity Standards

15.1 The Services are designed to evaluate genuine risk-managed trading. Any behavior that undermines program integrity is prohibited.

15.2 Identity and account integrity. You must not: (a) create or control multiple profiles under different identities; (b) use another person’s identity or payment method without authorization; (c) provide false, misleading, or outdated identity, residency or KYC information; (d) attempt to bypass Prohibited Country restrictions.

15.4 Trading integrity and non-genuine behavior. You must not: (a) exploit latency, data-feed delays, platform bugs, or execution anomalies (including latency arbitrage); (b) engage in activity intended to generate artificial performance without bona fide market exposure; (c) use automated or semi-automated systems designed primarily to circumvent risk or payout criteria (including macros, auto-clickers, or similar tampering tools); (d) engage in repeated grid/martingale-style schemes or equivalent behavior aimed at gaming drawdown or payout mechanics; (e) engage in high-frequency tick scalping behavior intended to exploit microstructure or simulation constraints rather than a bona fide risk-managed strategy.

15.5 Copy trading and third-party signals. You must not: (a) copy trades to or from third-party accounts; (b) sell, rent, transfer, or share access to your Sirok accounts; (c) operate accounts on behalf of another person.

15.6 Hedging, stacking, and cycling abuse. You must not: (a) hedge across accounts or instruments in a manner intended to neutralize risk to game evaluation or payout constraints; (b) engage in account rolling/stacking or similar practices intended to manufacture outcomes through volume purchasing/cycling rather than genuine trading.

15.7 Gambling-style or reckless behavior. You must not engage in patterns indicating gambling rather than structured risk management, including repeated all-in entries, systematic attempts to pass or reach payout caps through oversized single-event risk, or behavior that materially increases the probability of large breaches inconsistent with disciplined evaluation.

15.8 Inappropriate communications. You must not engage in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or aggressive communications toward support staff or the community in connection with the Services.

15.9 Consequences. Depending on severity and context, Sirok may invalidate trading results; suspend or close accounts; cancel or refuse payouts; restrict future access; and/or permanently ban you from the platform.
